Orange Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Double acting baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat flake 3 Ounce
  Wheat bran flake cereals 3 Ounce
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Spray twelve 2.5" diameter muffin-pan cups with a coating of cooking spray

MAKING
3. On a sheet of wax paper, sift together the flour, baking powder and soda and salt and set it aside
4. With an electric mixer, Mix together the eggs, oil, sugars and orange peel until smooth
5. Add oats and raisins and fill each baking cup with equal measures of the batter, upto two-thirds full
6. Bake for half an hour and allow to cool on a wire rack when done for ten minutes

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
