Oat And Honey Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Natural bran 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk/Sour milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Liquid honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat an oven to 375°F

MAKING
2) Combine the oats, wheat germ, bran, salt, cinnamon and buttermilk in a mixture and let this stand for about quarter of an hour
3) Add the honey, eggs and oil to this and mix it well
4) Now mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda and add this to mixture
5) Keep mixing it until just moistened; then stir in the raisins in this
6) Pour in this mixture into previously greased muffin cups till each cup is about 3/4 full.
7) Bake in oven at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve the muffins hot
