Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil/Melted shortening 4 Tablespoon
  Melted shortening/Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all together.
Bake in 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins -1 muffin equals 120 calories.
