Molasses Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bran 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees; grease muffin pans.
Sift flour into milk; mix well.
Add all other ingredients; mix and beat well.
Pour into greased muffin tins, and bake for about 20 minutes.
Add raisins if desired.
Makes about 12.
