Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Or Less)
  Bran 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Add bran, milk, egg and molasses.
Mix well - fill muffin tins 3/4 full - bake at 350°F or 180°C for 20 minutes.
