Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bran cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (prepared)
  Egg 1
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  2% milk 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add bran, beaten egg and molasses.
Add milk.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Divide mixture equally into 9 lightly greased muffin tins.
Bake 20 minutes.
