Cheddar Chicken Muffins
|Skinned boned chicken/Turkey||4 Ounce, cooked, diced|
|Orzo macaroni||2 Ounce, cooked according to package directions (Enriched)|
|Egg||1 Large, beaten|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 Ounce|
|Pimiento stuffed green olives||4 , chopped|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 375Â° Fahrenheit.
2 Spray 4 cups of a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3 In bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
4 Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each sprayed cup.
5 Fill remaining cups with water.
6 Bake for about 30 minutes, until muffins are firm and golden brown.
7 Serve immediately.
