Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Safflower oil/Any light oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bran 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brewer's yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Brewers yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Carrot/Grated apple 1 , grated
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Cup Each Of Whole Wheat And White)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins/Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all together in one bowl, stirring just until moistened.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 400° for 25 minutes.
