Hot Prawn and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
  Peeled prawns 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, grated (25 Gram)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Muffin 1
  Peeled prawns 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use As Required)
  Dill sprig 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the prawns, cheese, cayenne, grated onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, blend well.
2) Halve the muffin, spoon in the mixture over the muffin halves; place under a preheated grill and grill the muffins until the cheese bubbles.

SERVING
3) Garnish with the prawns, a sprig of dill and serve immediately.
