|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
Preheat oven to 375°.
Grease muffin cups.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl.
Combine egg, milk, and vanilla; add egg mixture to flour mixture along with margarine.
Stir until just blended.
Put in cups; sprinkle with topping.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes before removing.
