|Plain flour||10 Ounce (300 Gram)|

|Soda bicarbonate||1 Teaspoon|
|Castor sugar||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Ripe mango||1 Medium|
|Vegetable oil||3 Fluid Ounce|
1. Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 5. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper muffin cases. Sieve the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl and stir in the sugar.
2. Halve the mango, remove the stone and peel. Mash one half with a fork, then chop the other half into small cubes.
3. Mix together the Benecol Fruit & Dairy Smoothie, egg and oil, then pour into the mix and stir well. Stir in the mashed mango,, then fold in the chopped mango.
4 . Spoon between the muffin cases andi bake for about 20 mins until well risen and golden.
