Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cold
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Combine rice, milk, and eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add to rice and eggs.
Pour into greased muffin cups or paper liners.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
