Moist Banana Muffins
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
|Ripe bananas||3 , mashed|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1.After thawing, arrange the spinach on paper towels and press it until almost dry.
2.In a large bowl, mix soinach with mayonnaise, sourcream, water chestnut and vegetable soup mix.
3.Stir well and put the lid on and refrigerate for few hours.
4.Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
