Ingredients
  All bran 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Kellogg's)
  Oleo 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 Quart
  Baking soda 5 Teaspoon
  100% bran 2 Cup (32 tbs), pour 2 cup boiling water on this bran and let stand (Nabisco)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, buttermilk, Nabisco bran.
Add dry ingredients; fold in Kelloggs bran.
Makes 80 medium sized muffins.
Pour batter into greased muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 400°.
This batter keeps in the refrigerator indefinitely - just use as needed.
