|Buttermilk||4 1⁄3 Cup (69.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Baking powder||5 Teaspoon|
1. Take a large bowl, add 100% bran cereal, all bran cereal, nuts and hot water and mix thoroughly.
2. Mix sugar, buttermilk, butter and beat eggs and stir well.
3. Stir in baking powder, flour and salt, knead well and keep in the refrigerator till the dough chills thoroughly.
4. Take a round baking dish and arrange half filled 8 paper baking cups in it and cook for about 2½ minutes.
5. Take out the paper cups.
6. Cool and serve.
