Banana Choc Chip Muffins
|Ripe banana||1 Large|
|Milk||8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup, 250 Milliliter)|
|Margarine||2 Fluid Ounce, melted (1/4 Cup, 60 Milliliter)|
|All purpose flour||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups, 185 Gram)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Caster sugar||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup, 120 Gram)|
|Choc bits||4 Ounce (3/4 Cup, 120 Gram)|
1. ln a mixing bowl, mash the banana, add the milk, egg and melted margarine (a). Mix well.
2. Stir the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and choc bits (b) into the banana mixture, mix only until the ingredients are combined.
3. Spoon mixture into well-greased muffin tins (c). Bake at 190°C / 370°F / Gas 5 for 20 minutes.
