Apple Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  Banana nut muffin mix 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 package, such as Betty Crocker)
  Apple butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 Large, lightly beaten
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, stirring just until moist. Divide batter evenly among 8 muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pans immediately.
