Country Breakfast Muffins
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft shortening||1 Tablespoon|
|Sifted flour||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
Beat the egg in a bowl until light.
Add the sugar, sour cream and shortening and stir well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
