Mayonnaise Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Sift the cornmeal, baking powder and salt together into a bowl.
Add the egg, mayonnaise and milk and beat well.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 25 minutes.
