Ingredients
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Muffins 2 , halved and toasted
  Cooked turkey breast slices 2
  Grated low fat cheddar cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Place tomato slices on muffins.
Top with turkey, cheese and black pepper to taste.
Place under a preheated hot grill and cook until heated through.
