Healthy Low Carb Cheese and Bacon Muffin

This special dish from American cuisine is sure to impress your taste buds.
  Flax seed mill 4 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Truvia 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Flax seed oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green peppers 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Bacon slice 1 (Canadian)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (For Butter Muffin)

Mix dry ingredients. Combine egg, creamcheese and pumpkin, mix well. Mix egg mixture into dry ingredients, stirring until well mixed. Place mixture into cereal sized bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Remove from bowl and place on rack to cool.
