Apple Cornmeal Muffins
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Apples||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
Sift the flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and baking powder together into a bowl.
Add the egg and enough milk to make a medium batter and mix well.
Add the butter and apples and mix thoroughly.
Place in well-greased muffin tins.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
