Sunflower Seed Muffins

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sunflower seed meal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Sunflower Seeds Can Be Ground In Electric Blender)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Molasses/Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg whites 2 , well beaten
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl combine flour, sunflower seed meal and salt.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks, then add oil, molasses or honey, milk and raisins.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in oiled muffin tins in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
