Sunflower Seed Muffins
|Whole wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sunflower seed meal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Sunflower Seeds Can Be Ground In Electric Blender)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 , well beaten|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl combine flour, sunflower seed meal and salt.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks, then add oil, molasses or honey, milk and raisins.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in oiled muffin tins in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
