Breakfast Oat Muffins

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quick-cooking oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Packed)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the buttermilk and oats in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Add the egg, brown sugar and oil and mix well.
Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and soda together and stir into oats mixture.
Place in greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
