Apple Bran Muffins
|Oat bran||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rice bran||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple||1 Large, peeled, cored and diced|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple juice/Cider||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix together the dry ingredients and fruit in large bowl.
Beat together remaining ingredients in small bowl; add to dry ingredients and fruit and stir until moistened.
Pour batter into muffin pan lined with paper muffin cups and bake 17 minutes.
