Cinnamon Banana Muffins
|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||2 3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||6 1⁄3 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bananas||3 , mashed|
Mix the biscuit mix, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/3 cup sugar in a bowl.
Add the egg, milk and oil and mix.
Add the bananas and stir until blended.
Batter will be lumpy.
Fill lined or greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Combine remaining cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle over muffins.
Bake in 425-degree oven for 20 minutes.
