|Mini chocolate chips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees.
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. In medium bowl whisk egg, milk and melted spread. Pour liquid ingredients into dry. Add chocolate chips, stirring until mixed. Spoon batter evenly into 10 greased 2 inch muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes.
Have it with hot coffee.
