Ingredients
  Corn bread mix 10 Ounce
Directions

A week ahead, if desired:
1. Prepare corn-bread mix as package label directs; spoon into greased 1 3/4-inch muffin-pan cups.
2. Bake as mix label directs, reducing time 5 minutes; cool; freezer-wrap; freeze.
To serve:
1. Thaw wrapped muffins at room temperature.
2. Then unwrap; arrange on skewer as pictured; toast in broiler or on grill.
