My sister likes this banana nut muffin recipe. It is true that cooking is her hobby. She keeps preparing various types of dishes. But whenever she is very happy. She makes this dessert .An Interesting fact is that my family also likes this dessert very much. You should try this banana nut muffin recipe.
Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 5 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Shortening 6 Tablespoon, melted
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bananas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (for dressing)
Directions

Stage1-Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

Stage2-Stir in oatmeal and add remaining ingredients.

Stage3-Stir only until moistened.

Stage4-Fill medium-size greased muffin cups 2/3 full.

Stage5- Bake at 375 degrees fareinhite for about 30 minutes.

Is this a typo: "3/2 c. oatmeal (quick or regular"? I am guess it should be 1/2? Hope someone respons I really want to try this recipe. In fact I want to try it so much I may go with my guess.

"5 t baking powder" ??? This seems like way to much. Also, it calls for baking soda--I thought this is only used with acidic ingredients like yogurt or buttermilk, not for regular milk??? Thanks.

Yes your are right..please use only 2 tsp baking powder. And soda wont do any harm you may choose to omit it..that is fine too.
