Bacon And Cheese Muffins
|All purpose flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce|
|Bacon slices||10 , cooked and crumbled|
|Egg||1 Large, lightly beaten|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into well-greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden.
Remove from pans immediately.
