a1angiem's picture
When you make muffins as often as I do, you're always searching for a new recipe to try. This one is a variation of a bran muffin, and has the addition of graham crumbs in the dry ingredients. They are so tasty, all warm and fresh from the oven.
Ingredients
  All-bran cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Graham cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 1 Large
Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttermilk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions
