Easy Peanut Butter Muffins
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Combine dry ingredients; cut in peanut butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Combine milk, egg, and butter; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
