Cranberry Orange Muffins

|Whole wheat flour/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
|Granulated sugar/Null||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)|
|Cinnamon/Null||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Baking powder/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Baking soda/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Cranberry sauce/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
|Buttermilk/Low fat plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)|
|Vegetable oil/Null||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Null)|
|Grated orange rind/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
In bowl, combine bran, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda; mix well.
Add cranberry sauce, egg, buttermilk or yogurt, vegetable oil and orange rind; stir just until combined.
Spoon batter into paper-lined or nonstick muffin tins.
Bake in 400°F/200°C oven for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Makes 12 muffins.
