Spicy Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
Directions

Combine pineapple, 1/2 cup melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts; spoon into 12 muffin pans.
Combine Biscuit Mix, sugar, milk, and 1/3 cup melted butter; stir until blended.
Spoon over mixture in muffin pans.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn upside down immediately on tray to remove muffins.
