Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cocoa Or European)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Paper line muffin cups (2 1/2 inches in diameter).
In medium bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in yogurt, milk and vanilla just until combined.
Do not beat.
Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full of batter.
Bake 15-20 minutes or just until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool slightly in pan on wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired
