Oat And Raisin Bran Muffins

  Oat bran 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Raisin bran cereal/Kellogg's fruitful bran 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar/1/2 cup brown sugar plus 1 teaspoon sweet 'n low brown 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg beaters 2
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid butter buds/1/2 cup promise ultra fat free margarine 4 Tablespoon

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a different bowl blend milk, molasses, Egg Beaters, and Butter Buds.
Add liquid ingredients with dry ingredients until moistened.
Spray non-fat cooking spray on muffin papers in pan.
Fill each cup 3/4 full.
Bake at 425°F.for 15 minutes.
