Cracked Pepper Cheddar Muffins's picture
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, shredded

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in cheddarcheese.
Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
