Cheddar Brunch Muffins

  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sargento classic supreme shredded cheddar cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Mild or Sharp)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In medium bowl, stir together flours, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
In separate bowl, combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).
Place paper liners in muf
