Rise And Shine Muffins

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Teaspoon (Divided)
  Turkey ham slices 4 Ounce (4 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)
  Egg substitute 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat american cheese slice 3 Ounce (4 Slices, 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Whole wheat english muffins 4 , split and toasted
Directions

Melt 1 teaspoon margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add turkey ham, and cook 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.
Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm.
Melt remaining 1 teaspoon margarine in skillet over medium heat.
Add egg substitute; cook 45 seconds or until set, stirring occasionally.
Place 1 cheese slice on each of 4 muffin halves.
Spoon egg substitute mixture evenly over cheese; top with turkey ham and remaining muffin halves.
