|Sifted all purpose flour||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Crease 12 medium muffin cups.
Beat egg, oil, banana and milk together lightly with a fork.
