Elder Blossom Muffins

|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (sifted)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Elderberry blossoms||1 Cup (16 tbs) (stems removed)|
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together.
Stir in blossoms.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 400°F.for 25 minutes.
