|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||5 Tablespoon (room temperature)|
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Cream butter until fluffy.
Beat in sugar; beat until creamy.
Add egg; beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients alternately with milk; stir just enough to mix.
Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes.
