Pumpkin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar/1/4 cup sugar plus 3 packets sweet 'n low 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lite salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Egg beaters 2
  Canned pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisin bran cereal/1 cup shredded bran flake cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Spray 12 muffin cups with a non-fat cooking spray.
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, using a wire whisk, beat Egg Beaters.
Stir in pumpkin, cereal, milk, and corn syrup.
Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
Bake at 400°F.18-20 minutes.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
