Banana Spice Muffins

Ingredients
  Egg 1 Large
  Ripe bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
  Packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a bowl, beat egg; stir in bananas, brown sugar, yogurt and oil until smooth. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves and salt; stir into banana mixture until just combined. Fold in raisins.
2. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin cups until level with top of pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Transfer muffins to a rack and let cool.
