|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
Stir in whole wheat flour.
Combine beaten egg, milk and melted butter.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients all at once.
Stir just until flour mixture is moistened.
Spoon batter into paper muffin lined plastic coffee cup holders or custard cups.
Place 6 muffins at a time in oven.
Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 3 minutes or until muffins test done with a toothpick.
Repeat above steps for the remaining muffins.
