Orange Nut Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cereal and raisins.
In small bowl, combine orange juice, oil and orange rind; add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened.
Fill paper-lined, microwave-safe muffin cups about half full.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter.
