Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

In small bowl, melt butter at HIGH for 1 minute; set aside.
In mixing bowl, stir together flours, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine egg, milk, and melted butter; add to dry ingredients along with raisins and nuts.
Stir just to moisten.
Spoon 3 tablespoons batter into paper bake cup-lined custard cups.
Place cups in a circle in the microwave oven.
Cook at HIGH using chart below, rearranging cups once during cooking.
