Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Whole bran cereal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 5 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large mixing bowl, stir together cereal, flour, sugar, raisins, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in center of dry mixture.
Combine eggs, milk and oil.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.
Spoon into paper-lined, microwave-safe muffin pan, ' filling each cup about half full.
Microwave at medium high (7) 2 to 4 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter.
