Easy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Brewers yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and yeast. Stir in enough milk to make a stiff dough.
3. Stir in the oil, eggs, and blueberries. Spoon into oiled 2-inch muffin tins so that they are two-thirds full. Bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
