Corn Muffins

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Aluminum-free baking powder 2 Teaspoon (Rumford)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Cow's milk/Goat milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine the cornmeal, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Add the honey, molasses, egg, milk, and butter. Stir just enough to moisten the ingredients (the batter should be lumpy). Fill well-oiled two-inch muffin tins two-thirds full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
